Canopy

Canopy is a two player game of card drafting, tableau building, and set collection.

Draft cards from 1 of 3 New Growth card piles or draw from the Current Season deck.

Make your rainforest healthy by set collecting various types of rainforest flora. They earn points at each season's end.

Set collecting pairs of Sun and Rain also have value.  Seed cards allow your tableau to grow at the end of each Season.

Some rainforest animal cards have in-turn abilities. Collecting "mated pairs" of the same species scores additional points at the end of the game.

The tallest tree in each season is awarded points as is the largest "canopy" of trees.

Drought, disease, and fire are all in the mix and can set your healthy rainforest back a shade by making you discard cards.

*Small complaint - the cards overflow the top of the in-box insert . A 1/4" more  cardboard would have solved that issue. *Funded on Kickstarter so if you wonder why your version of the game doesn't have a gorgeous storage bag and wooden meeples, that's why.
